   This site is dedicated to all the homeless dogs, especially mixed breeds, that are looking for a new home. I truly believe that mutts make the best pets. I love the fact that they are each different looking. You might have a hard time telling two Labs apart but definitely not two mutts. Their markings and size and personalities are truly unique. They have all the best qualities of all the breeds that are a part of them but don’t usually come with the genetic problems. No inbreeding means less inherited genetic diseases.

   There are so many wonderful mutts waiting in animal shelters and rescues across the country (like the dogs pictured above). They deserve a second chance at a nice, loving home. If the information on this site helps save just a few lives, it will be well worth my time.
